How the remote
check uses your data

ReportPatch, operated by Tyasi LLC, processes only the redacted aggregate values and reporting metadata supplied to the two public tools. The host assistant and ReportPatch are separate processors in this workflow. The assistant sends the chosen fields to the ReportPatch endpoint hosted on Cloudflare Workers through OpenAI Sites; the result returns to that assistant.

Processing and retention

The application processes inputs in memory. It does not intentionally save report bodies, findings or conversation transcripts, use a database, send those fields to another model, or fetch external URLs. Application diagnostic records contain a random technical request ID and duration, without report contents, labels or IP addresses. Responses have no-store headers and no application cache.

The managed host records invocation metadata, including request route, headers, network address, response status and timing. Our requested invocation-log disable setting is not honored by the current managed deployment. Synthetic success and failure checks found no report-body sentinel in the sampled host logs; this sample is not a guarantee about all infrastructure. Cloudflare Workers Logs publishes 3-day retention on Free and 7-day retention on Paid. The full OpenAI Sites retention policy has not yet been verified for this preview. We cannot promise zero retention. Production release requires that review. Do not place report data in URL queries or paths.

Your assistant platform

ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Muse may retain the conversation, tool calls and results according to your account settings, plan and their own terms. ReportPatch cannot delete that platform’s conversation history. Use its privacy controls for those records.

Support and deletion requests

Email hello@getreportpatch.com for access, correction, deletion or security questions. Supply a request ID and neutral technical description. Do not email report contents or credentials. There is no application report database to search or delete; available hosting metadata and support correspondence are handled under the applicable provider and business requirements.

This remote check has a different data flow from the browser-local self-check at reportpatchhq.com/qa. The browser-local questionnaire does not become remote merely because this connector exists.
